Work from Phone Virtual Assistant - Live Chat

This position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries through email and live chat platforms. As the initial contact point for customers, you'll provide courteous and professional assistance to address their concerns and questions.

What you will be doing: You'll participate in a brief onboarding process to learn the role and familiarize yourself with the business operations. Your primary responsibility will involve logging into the live chat system daily to answer customer questions covering both technical support and sales inquiries. You'll have access to comprehensive documentation containing responses to frequently asked questions, along with ongoing assistance from your support team whenever needed.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop capable of accessing websites and chat applications. Strong ability to work autonomously is essential. Attention to detail and capability to follow provided procedures carefully are required. You must have 8 hours of daily availability and maintain a stable internet connection.

Hours per day: 8 hours per day
