Chat Support Representatives serve as the frontline for customer inquiries, handling conversations across live chat platforms, email, and messaging channels. In this role, you'll deliver clear, helpful responses to customers seeking assistance or information about products and services. Written communication excellence is crucial. Training is provided to prepare you for success, and there are openings available to start right away. You'll enjoy scheduling flexibility with a minimum weekly commitment of just 10 hours.

What you will be doing: You'll address customer questions and concerns through various chat channels on websites and social media. Your day-to-day work includes assisting existing customers with troubleshooting and helping potential buyers understand product features and benefits.

Rate: $35 per hour
