Work at Home Live Chat Customer Support - Beginner Level / No Experience

We need a Chat Support Representative to handle customer conversations across our messaging platforms. In this position, you'll provide helpful service to customers through live chat and email while creating positive interactions that leave them feeling supported and appreciated.

Your typical day involves responding to customer messages and sometimes reaching out to clients proactively to show them we care about their satisfaction. You'll need solid written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to help people solve their problems.

What you will be doing: Most of your time goes toward answering live chat messages where you'll address customer questions about product pricing, how returns work, current deals, and other common topics. No prior experience required, full training will get you up to speed in under a day.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 an hour

Skills/background needed: A working device like a smartphone, computer, or tablet to access chat systems and browse the web. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Willingness to follow instructions precisely. At least 10 hours weekly commitment. A reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 - 40 hours a week
