Work at Home Chat Support - No Experience

Do you have excellent communication abilities and enjoy staying on top of things while managing your own schedule? Chat support specialists are needed to connect with customers in a meaningful way and tackle their issues head-on with speed and professionalism.

This position is entirely remote and welcomes applications from around the globe. You'll go through thorough training when you begin, so background experience isn't required. If you're available to start right away, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing: You'll spend your time answering customer messages through live chat and social media channels. Your day will involve addressing questions, sharing product information, and keeping customers informed about current deals and limited-time offers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a device capable of web browsing and using messaging apps, such as a computer, tablet, or phone. Self-direction is important, as is your commitment to following company procedures. Plan on a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, and you'll need dependable internet access.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote position, United States preferred.
