WFH Live Chat Support (Entry Level)

What you will be doing: You'll be providing customer support via live chat and email, assisting users with a business management platform. Your primary responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries with accuracy and speed, ensuring they have what they need to keep their operations on track.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a functional computer, smartphone, or tablet along with reliable internet access. Strong written English skills are essential for communicating effectively with customers.

Skills/background needed: This role is entry-level, meaning comprehensive training will be provided to get you up to speed. Previous customer support experience isn't required, and you don't need any prior chat support background.
