Web Based Chat Support - 100% Remote

Seeking a remote chat support professional who thrives in a flexible work environment and takes pride in helping customers succeed. Chat Support Agents are essential for managing live chat conversations, addressing customer questions, and guiding people to effective solutions from anywhere with an internet connection.

What you will be doing: You'll handle incoming chat conversations throughout your shift, answering customer questions promptly, locating and sharing helpful resources, and informing customers about current offers and deals. Your goal is to provide thoughtful, efficient responses that leave customers satisfied and their issues resolved.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A reliable device like a smartphone, tablet, or computer is required, along with dependable internet service. The ability to manage your workload independently and carefully follow established procedures is important. You'll need at least 5+ hours of availability each week. A stable, consistent internet connection is absolutely essential.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: 100% remote (United States preferred).
