Virtual Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote, No Experience)

If you're passionate about solving customer problems and making people's day better, this could be your next opportunity. This position involves responding to customer messages and resolving issues using chat platforms and ticketing systems.
You'll communicate clearly in writing and conversation, answering questions and walking customers through solutions.
You won't be left to figure things out alone, complete training materials and step-by-step guides will help you hit the ground running.
Right now, the focus is on filling weekend and evening shifts.

Contract length: Ongoing with no predetermined end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A reliable device such as a computer, tablet, or phone to handle chat interactions and social media tasks.
Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently without constant oversight.
Precision and consistency when following company procedures.
Willingness to commit at least 20+ hours per week.
Reliable, fast internet connection at your location.

Hours per week: 20 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote position available worldwide, United States based candidates strongly preferred.
