Virtual Chat Support Specialist - Phone-Free Remote Role (Entry Level)

Do you enjoy connecting with customers through written conversation? This phone-free remote position offers an immediate opportunity to provide support entirely through text-based channels. You'll work from your own space, handling customer interactions via website chat systems and Facebook Messenger, with zero phone communication involved.

What you will be doing: Your typical day includes reading and responding to customer messages across multiple chat platforms and social channels. You'll address customer questions, direct people to relevant product information, and inform them about current deals and special offers available to them.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running messaging applications and social platforms. Strong self-direction and the capacity to manage your time independently are critical. Careful attention to instructions and protocols is non-negotiable. You must be available for at least 5 hours weekly and maintain a reliable internet connection throughout your shift.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
