Virtual Call Center Agent - No Calling

What you will be doing: You'll deliver customer assistance via live chat on various websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering customer questions, directing people to relevant product information, and informing them about current deals and special offers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working device capable of accessing chat applications and social media is necessary, whether a phone, tablet, or laptop. You should be independently motivated and able to manage your tasks with minimal oversight. Attention to detail and the ability to follow explicit guidelines are crucial. You'll need at minimum 5+ hours weekly availability and a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote, based in the United States.
