Social Media Virtual Assistant - Work from Anywhere

As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer interactions, fielding requests via email and live chat. Every conversation is an opportunity to provide helpful, professional support while addressing customer needs and concerns with care and attention.

What you will be doing: After an initial training period to get up to speed on processes and company specifics, your typical day involves logging into chat systems to handle customer questions about both technical issues and purchasing decisions. You'll have access to detailed resources and FAQs to help answer common questions, plus ongoing support whenever you hit a question that needs clarification.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a device like a smartphone, computer, or tablet to work with social platforms and cloud-based messaging systems. The ability to work autonomously with accuracy and reliability while following established guidelines is essential. Plan on dedicating 8 hours daily with a dependable, fast internet connection to support your work.
