Social Media Live Chat Support

We're hiring chat support specialists to handle live messaging across major social platforms. Do you have experience with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter? Can you work remotely with just a computer and reliable internet? This could be the perfect fit for you.

Your typical day will include answering customer messages, resolving questions about products, sending relevant links to customers, and pointing people toward current promotions. All of this happens through our online chat platform from your home office.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A functional laptop, tablet, or smartphone is mandatory, along with consistent internet connectivity. You'll need to communicate clearly in written English to succeed in this position.

Skills/background needed: Prior chat support experience is not required. This entry-level role comes with full training and onboarding to help you get up to speed quickly.

Location: Fully remote with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Candidates located in the United States are especially encouraged to apply.
