We're recruiting friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide support through live chat channels. Several digital product companies maintain large catalogs and need consistent assistance managing their chat communications. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you're reliable and honest. This job is purely text-based, meaning you won't need to handle phone calls or video meetings. You'll communicate with customers on channels such as Facebook Messenger and embedded website chat tools. Since the work happens entirely online, you have complete freedom in choosing your work environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering customer messages in a timely manner, addressing questions about products, sharing useful resources, and explaining current deals and offers to customers.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone paired with reliable high-speed internet. Strong written English skills are also required for this position.
Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly role that includes full training once you're hired. No prior live chat experience is required to apply.
