Remote Chat Support Level 1 - Entry Level

We need someone who genuinely wants to help customers solve real problems. This role goes beyond simple transactions, it's about truly listening and understanding what people need, then delivering solutions that actually work. You'll be focused on helping customers get through their challenges, not just moving them through a sales funnel. Your colleagues will be people who take satisfaction in providing thoughtful, thorough support on every single interaction.

What you will be doing: You'll handle customer inquiries via live chat across websites and social media channels. You'll respond to both existing customers needing technical assistance and new prospects wanting to learn more about our offerings. Each conversation requires attention and a willingness to help people find what they're looking for.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need reliable access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of running chat platforms and social media tools. Independence and self-motivation are important since you'll manage your own time. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully are essential. A commitment of at least 10 hours weekly and a dependable internet connection are required for this position.

Hours per week: 10+ hours a week

Location: Remote position available worldwide, though candidates based in the United States are preferred.
