Remote Chat Support (Entry Level)

Multiple chat support specialist positions are available throughout the United States. As a chat support specialist, you'll respond to customer messages and troubleshoot issues via live chat. The position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with internet access and set your own pace.

What you will be doing: You'll start with a training program to learn the platform and standard workflows. Daily responsibilities include connecting to chat platforms and answering customer questions about both products and technical issues. You'll have detailed reference materials covering common questions and support available whenever you need assistance.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working device such as a computer, tablet, or phone capable of browsing the web and using chat applications. Ability to work independently without constant oversight. Careful attention to detail when executing company procedures. Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly. A reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.

Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
