Remote Assistance Specialist (Entry Level / No Prior Experience Required)

Do you have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail? Help customers get the support they need by responding to their messages on chat and social platforms. You'll work remotely from anywhere that suits you, setting your own pace with a flexible schedule.

What you will be doing: Handle incoming customer inquiries through various chat channels, provide accurate answers to their questions, share product information and links when relevant, and keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and deals. You'll focus on delivering quick and helpful responses that make a real difference in their experience.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working device such as a smartphone, computer, or tablet to access chat platforms. You should feel confident working independently and managing your own workflow. The ability to understand and follow clear instructions and established procedures is important. You'll need at least 5+ hours available per week and a dependable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work available from anywhere, with preference for United States based applicants.
