Phone Application Tester

Mobile apps are everywhere, and they need people like you to make sure they work perfectly. As a Phone Application Tester, you'll play a crucial role in quality assurance by putting new apps through their paces from your home office. Download, explore, and evaluate applications across multiple platforms, then share detailed feedback that helps both creators and users understand what works and what doesn't.

Roles: You'll spend your time installing applications on your mobile device and methodically working through each feature. Once you've completed your testing, you'll document your findings in a thorough review that covers your overall experience and highlights any problems you've discovered.

Requirements: You'll need access to at least one device that can run apps, such as an iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour, with adjustments made depending on how complex the app is and how detailed your analysis needs to be.

Skills/background needed:

Ownership of a smartphone or tablet with comfortable knowledge of downloading and using apps
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Sharp eye for detail and commitment to following testing procedures accurately
At least 5 hours per week available to dedicate to this work
Reliable internet access
Hours per week: You control your own schedule.

Location: Fully remote, open to applicants throughout the United States.
