We're currently recruiting part-time Chat Support Representatives to deliver customer service via live chat. No experience required, as full onboarding and training will be provided to all new hires. The compensation starts at $35 per hour, and positions are open to qualified applicants who meet our basic requirements.
As a chat support specialist, you'll be responding to customer inquiries through our live chat platform, answering questions related to our products and services. You'll have access to comprehensive resources and documentation to ensure you can provide consistent and reliable assistance to every customer.
What you will be doing: This position involves managing live chat conversations with customers from whatever device you prefer using. You'll sign in at the start of your shift, reply to incoming customer messages throughout the day, and sign out when finished. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to work when it suits you best, and you'll receive payment on a daily basis for hours worked.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A reliable device such as a smartphone, laptop, or tablet is essential, along with consistent internet access. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to follow instructions carefully. You'll need at least 5 hours of availability each week and must be capable of navigating both social media chat systems and website-based messaging platforms.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week
Location: This is a fully remote opportunity, accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Applicants from the United States are strongly preferred for this role.
