Online Product Tester

In this position, you'll be responsible for examining software products and digital tools while working from wherever you're most comfortable. The core of the work involves running tests on features, evaluating how apps perform, and providing detailed feedback about the overall user experience and functionality.

To excel here, you'll need a sharp eye for spotting issues and the discipline to follow testing procedures carefully. Clear writing skills are essential since you'll be documenting your results in a way that's straightforward and actionable. No previous testing background is necessary, but a genuine curiosity about technology and how applications function will serve you well.

Roles: You'll load apps onto your mobile device and methodically test each component. Once testing wraps up, you'll compile your observations into written reports and flag any bugs or problems you discover.

Requirements: You'll need at least one compatible device available, which could be an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.

Contract length: Ongoing position with flexible duration.

Rate: $35 per hour, with potential adjustments based on the difficulty level of the application and the depth required for testing.

Skills/background needed:

Ownership of a mobile device capable of downloading and running apps.
Ability to direct your own schedule without constant oversight.
Willingness to adhere closely to specific testing guidelines and procedures.
At least 5 hours each week available for assignments.
Dependable internet access from your home workspace.
Hours per week: Completely flexible based on your availability.
