No Phone Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We're looking for a customer service representative to work remotely and provide excellent support to our customers. In this position, you'll craft thoughtful, detailed responses to customer questions and concerns. As companies continue to embrace distributed workforces, this role offers the chance to make a real impact by helping customers find answers, resolve problems, and discover solutions through chat and email communication.

What you will be doing: You'll operate as a live chat specialist, engaging with customers across websites and social media. Your responsibilities will include handling customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and keeping customers informed about current promotions and deals.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a device like a computer, phone, or tablet paired with dependable internet access. Comfort navigating website chat systems and social media platforms is important. Strong self-motivation and attention to detail when following instructions are key traits for success. You should be able to dedicate 7 hours daily to this work, and a consistent internet connection is required.

Hours per day: 7 hours a day
