No Phone Customer Service (Remote / No Experience / Part Time)

Looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity that doesn't require phone calls? We need chat support specialists to handle customer conversations across multiple digital channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities center on responding to customer messages, providing product information, and troubleshooting issues through real-time chat. You'll be the friendly face helping visitors find answers and resolve problems quickly.

Starting with no customer service background is completely fine. Training will cover everything you need to know. The most important qualities are a friendly demeanor, clear writing skills, and the ability to type accurately and quickly.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: Strong English writing and communication abilities are necessary. You should be comfortable using Facebook groups and navigating social platforms. Success in this role depends on your responsibility and ability to work independently.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with full training provided during onboarding. You don't need prior experience in customer support or social media to be competitive for this opportunity.
