No Experience Chat Support Clerk

Chat Support Clerks are needed to be the initial contact point for customers and members who have questions or concerns. Your primary duty involves replying to live chat inquiries and email messages in a way that's thoughtful and genuinely helpful. You'll interpret customer questions accurately and deliver clear, precise responses within a short timeframe.

Contract length: Ongoing with no predetermined end date.

Rate: $30 per hour.

Skills/background needed: A computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of running standard web browsers and connecting to chat systems is essential. You must demonstrate the capacity to manage tasks independently. Following comprehensive guidelines with precision is critical. You need a minimum of 10 hours weekly to dedicate to this work. A dependable, high-speed internet connection is required.

Hours per week: Between 10 and 40 hours per week.

Location: Work from any location remotely, with preference given to candidates based in the US.
