Manual Tester (Remote)

Are you detail-oriented and genuinely interested in mobile applications? We're seeking a manual tester to participate in our app evaluation program. Based at home, you'll install and examine both new and established apps, assess how they perform, investigate the user experience, and provide honest, constructive feedback. Your careful analysis enables product creators to refine their work and helps prospective users discover applications worth their time.

Roles: Install apps on your own smartphone or tablet and systematically test each function. Record what you discover and write a comprehensive report that describes the strengths of the app and points out any problems or glitches you notice.

Requirements: Ownership of at least one device from this list: iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet

Contract length: Ongoing with no predetermined conclusion date

Rate: $35 hourly, with variations depending on how complex the app is and how thorough your review needs to be

Skills/background needed:

Own a supported mobile device and feel confident installing and using apps
Handle projects independently without needing frequent check-ins
Adhere closely to testing guidelines and specific instructions
Complete at least 5 hours of work each week
Access to dependable, fast internet
Availability: Week-to-week scheduling flexibility

Location: Work from anywhere remotely, candidates based in the United States are preferred.
