Live Chat Support Specialists - No Experience Needed

We're seeking Live Chat Support Specialists to provide outstanding customer service and technical support through written communication. You'll respond to customer questions via chat and email, work toward swift resolutions, and maintain accurate records of every conversation for follow-up purposes.

This is a completely remote opportunity available to candidates across the United States. You'll spend your time connecting with customers through text-based channels such as Facebook Messenger and live website chat. No commuting required, no phone calls necessary, and no face-to-face meetings, just straightforward written interactions on your own schedule.

Day-to-day tasks include responding quickly to incoming chat messages, addressing customer concerns, directing people to relevant product information, and highlighting current deals and promotions to help drive sales.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet along with dependable internet access. Clear and professional written English skills are essential for effective customer communication.

Skills/background needed: This entry-level role comes with thorough training on the job. Previous customer service or live chat experience is not a prerequisite for applying.
