Live Chat Representative - No Experience Needed

Are you someone who enjoys helping people and communicating clearly through text? We're hiring Live Chat Representatives to join a customer-facing team that specializes in wheels and tires. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, and assisting with service appointment scheduling via real-time chat.

This position is entirely remote, meaning you'll work from wherever you're most comfortable. You'll interact with customers through web-based messaging platforms and social media channels. Don't worry if you've never done chat support before, completely new candidates are welcome to apply since comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need reliable access to a laptop, phone, or tablet along with a strong internet connection. Written communication in English at a basic level is required for this role.

Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly position with no experience prerequisites. Training covers everything you need to know, so prior customer service or chat experience isn't necessary.

Location: Remote, open to candidates worldwide though applicants based in the United States are preferred.
