Level 1 Chat Support Agent (Entry Level / Work at Home / No Experience)

As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be customers' go-to resource when they need technical assistance via live chat. Your responsibilities will include responding to incoming messages promptly, recording each interaction in the system, and leveraging available tools to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Success means getting customers back up and running with minimal frustration and maximum satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you'll need strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate clearly through writing, and a willingness to learn basic technical troubleshooting. Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet paired with consistent internet connectivity. Basic to intermediate English writing skills are also required for this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position in live chat support, and comprehensive onboarding will prepare you fully. Previous experience in chat support is not necessary to apply.
