We're seeking a Junior Customer Success Assistant to help deliver outstanding support to our customers. This position puts you on the front lines of client interactions, where you'll tackle customer questions, handle service requests, and manage the returns process. Day-to-day tasks include inputting order details, investigating quality concerns, and keeping detailed records of customer issues.
What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions and concerns. Log in during your preferred time slots, respond to customer messages as they come through, and wrap up when your shift concludes. Payments go out daily, giving you a flexible and straightforward way to earn income at your own pace.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device like a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access our web-based chat and social media tools. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be comfortable following established guidelines and procedures consistently. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required. A steady, dependable internet connection is non-negotiable for this position.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Fully remote, available to applicants worldwide, though candidates based in the United States are preferred.
