Fully-Remote Customer Service Representative

You'll be expected to pick up new tools quickly, stay flexible when things change, and follow all regulations and company policies without exception.

Technical skills are a must, plus the ability to tackle problems on your own without constant supervision.

What you'll be doing: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage incoming live chat messages from customers across various digital and social platforms. Each day you'll answer customer questions, provide information about products and where to buy them, and let people know about current deals and special offers.

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A working device that can run web browsers and access social media (computer, tablet, or phone). Ability to work independently and stay motivated. Comfort following processes and instructions carefully. At least 5+ hours per week available. Fast and reliable internet connection required.

Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours weekly
