Freelance Customer Support Chat Agent (No Phone)

We're looking for a Live Chat Agent to provide real-time customer support through chat platforms. In this position, you'll engage with customers across multiple channels, handling conversations with professionalism and patience. Managing several chats at once while staying calm and friendly is key to succeeding here. Don't worry if you haven't done this before, thorough onboarding will get you up to speed quickly.

What you will be doing: Your main task involves responding promptly to live chat inquiries that come through various websites and social channels. You'll address customer questions, direct people to relevant products, and highlight current deals and promotions available.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a device such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access the chat system and social platforms. The ability to work independently without supervision is important. Following specific guidelines closely and accurately is expected. A commitment of at least 5 hours per week is required. You'll also need stable, reliable internet access during all working hours.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours a week
