We're seeking self-motivated people to fill live chat support openings. You'll be the helpful voice behind the screen, assisting customers across multiple websites and social media channels while they get the support they need. Everything happens from your home office, whenever you want to work.
What you will be doing: Each day brings conversations with customers looking for answers. You'll respond to their messages through live chat, tackle their questions, point them toward relevant products, and share information about current deals. Think of yourself as the friendly guide customers turn to when they need help.
Contract length: Flexible with no predetermined endpoint
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a functional laptop, phone, or tablet along with dependable internet access. Being able to write clearly and professionally in English is a must.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required for this entry-level opportunity. Full training gets provided to set you up for success. This is an ideal starting point if you're new to customer-facing work.
Location: Entirely remote, candidates within the United States are preferred.
