You'll read and respond to chat messages, answer questions about products and services, share promotional information, and work through customer issues. What you will be doing: Most of your time will be spent responding to customer inquiries via live chat on various websites and social media channels. Your days will include answering product questions, providing relevant resource links, and letting customers know about current promotions and offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device, like a computer, phone, or tablet, capable of accessing websites and messaging platforms. The ability to stay focused and productive without constant check-ins is important. You must be comfortable following procedures and guidelines closely. At minimum, you should have 5 hours weekly available. A dependable internet connection is required for this work.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote, available to work from anywhere online, with preference for United States based candidates.
