An Entry Level Support Specialist is needed to deliver customer service via online messaging platforms. You'll be handling customer questions, sharing product details, communicating current deals, and supporting the sales process through helpful and courteous digital conversations.
This fully remote position lets you work entirely through text-based channels such as Facebook Messenger and website chat functions. Phone support and face-to-face interactions aren't part of this role, so you can work from any location with an internet connection.
Daily tasks include responding to customer messages across website chat and social platforms. You'll answer product questions, share relevant promotional links, highlight ongoing offers, and provide assistance that helps move customers toward making a purchase.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with reliable internet connectivity. Strong written English communication skills are also important for this position.
