Entry Level Remote Chat Operator (No Experience)

Looking to start a career in customer support? Live chat operators are needed to engage with customers through real-time messaging on multiple platforms and digital channels.

As a chat operator, you'll read incoming messages from customers, provide helpful answers to their questions, deliver information about products and services, and tell them about current deals and offers. You'll use chat platforms to have one-on-one conversations with customers and prospects during your working hours.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A functional computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with reliable internet access is mandatory. You must have solid English writing skills to succeed in this position.

Skills/background needed: No previous chat support experience is needed for this beginner-friendly role. Full training will be provided to get you started.
