Email and Chat Support Executives are needed to respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels. Your day will consist of composing thoughtful email responses and participating in real-time chat sessions, all while troubleshooting issues and directing customers to the best solutions. You'll also spend time guiding users through product features and functionality to ensure they get the most value from what they're using.
Success in this role requires excellent written communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers through text-based interactions. You should feel comfortable navigating social media platforms and using them confidently when communicating with customers in online spaces.
Contract length: Ongoing, with no predetermined end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A reliable device, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer, is required to access chat and social media platforms. You need to be proactive, take initiative, and manage your workload independently. Attention to detail and the ability to follow established protocols are critical for this position. A minimum of 5 hours weekly is required availability. Strong, consistent internet access is non-negotiable.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Completely remote, with preference for candidates located in the United States.
