Customer Support Representative

In this role, you'll handle real-time conversations on websites and social platforms, answer customer questions, explain product details, and help people discover offers and deals that suit their needs.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet along with reliable internet access. Basic English writing ability or better is necessary so you can communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity where new hires receive full training to get up to speed. You don't need previous live chat experience to do well here, as long as you're willing to learn.

Location: Completely remote with opportunities for applicants anywhere in the world. Candidates based in the United States are preferred. With demand for live chat support staying strong internationally, being ready to start right away is a real plus when you apply.
