As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be responding to customer questions through chat and email while building relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal customers. You'll become familiar with our product lineup, highlight special offers to customers at the right moments, and demonstrate integrity and dependability in every interaction. Your writing needs to be clear and professional, and your ability to understand what customers really need will make all the difference in creating great experiences. Working alongside your support team, you'll contribute to making sure customers always feel heard and helped. Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a working computer, smartphone, or tablet and reliable internet access to perform this job. English writing skills at a basic level or higher are required.
