Your day-to-day tasks will include replying to customer messages promptly, answering their questions, providing helpful resources, and guiding them toward relevant products or services.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with dependable internet connectivity. Clear and professional written English communication is a must for this position.
Skills/background needed: This is a perfect entry-level role where you'll receive thorough training before you start. Previous chat support experience isn't required, and we actively welcome people who are brand new to this field.
