What you will be doing: This position focuses on managing live chat interactions across client websites and social media channels. Your typical day involves answering customer questions, directing people to relevant product information, and letting customers know about current promotions that could benefit them.
Contract length: Ongoing with no predetermined expiration
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need consistent access to an internet-connected device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat and social media applications. The ability to work independently and stay motivated without constant supervision is critical. You should be comfortable following specific procedures and maintaining consistency with established protocols. A minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly is required, plus you'll need dependable high-speed internet access.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
