Customer Service Team Member

Are you ready to help customers succeed? We're seeking Customer Service Team Members who can deliver excellent support across various touchpoints. This position focuses on addressing customer needs through email, live chat, phone calls, and technical support channels.

What you will be doing: Day-to-day tasks include handling real-time customer conversations via chat, answering product questions, providing purchasing guidance, and sharing current deals and offers with customers who need assistance.

Contract length: Ongoing position with flexible duration

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: A device with internet access such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet is required to perform this work. You'll need to be self-directed and capable of managing tasks independently. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures carefully are important. Candidates should have at least 5 hours of availability each week. A reliable internet connection is essential for success in this role.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection, fully online. Applicants based in the United States are preferred for this opportunity.
