Customer Service Representatives (Live Chat / Remote)

What you will be doing: You'll connect with customers through live chat, helping them feel confident about their purchases and navigating any concerns that come up. Whether someone needs a promo code, wants to understand the refund process, or has product questions, you'll have the tools to help them get answers quickly. You'll work from a comprehensive resource library, and your manager is ready to step in whenever you need guidance on trickier issues.

Contract length: Ongoing, with scheduling flexibility

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device and stable internet to handle chat interactions, whether that's a phone, tablet, or computer.
Able to take initiative and manage your own workday independently.
Comfortable adhering to clear instructions and company procedures.
Must be able to commit at least 20 hours per week.
A strong, consistent internet connection is essential.
Hours per week: 20 to 40 hours weekly

Location: Remote opportunity available across the United States, preferring candidates based in the US.
