You'll report to a Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate with Marketing and Operations colleagues to ensure customers get the support they need across every interaction point.
This role is completely text-based, so you won't handle any phone calls.
Instead, you'll communicate via written channels such as Facebook Messenger and live chat tools.
You'll help multiple clients by quickly addressing customer questions through their websites and social media platforms.
Working fully remote means you can choose your workspace as long as you have internet access.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills and the ability to think creatively when solving customer challenges.
Your typical day includes managing live chat conversations, addressing customer questions, sharing product details, and highlighting current promotions and deals.
You'll handle customer inquiries, point people toward helpful resources, and keep them informed about special offers available to them.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a working computer, phone, or tablet and reliable internet access.
Proficiency in written English is required.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level friendly role that includes thorough training during your first weeks.
You don't need any previous live chat experience to succeed here.
Location: You can work remotely from anywhere across the United States.
