Customer Operations Associate

We're looking for organized, conscientious individuals who have worked in customer service and can communicate clearly. This live chat support position involves engaging with customers in real-time, answering their questions through website chat and social media platforms, and letting them know about current deals and offers.

What you will be doing: Day-to-day tasks include responding to live chat messages as they come in, solving customer problems, sharing information about products, promoting available discounts, and providing friendly assistance across different online channels. 

Contract length: Ongoing, no end date specified

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, computer, or tablet to log into chat systems and social platforms. The ability to stay focused and take initiative without constant direction from others is important. Careful attention to detail and following company guidelines are key requirements. A commitment of at least 5 hours per week and reliable internet are required. 

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling

Location: 100% remote position, based in the United States preferred.
