As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be the main point of contact for customers who reach out via email and live chat. This role focuses on providing friendly, professional assistance that resolves customer questions and issues effectively.
What you will be doing: After an initial training phase to get familiar with the business and systems, your typical day involves accessing the chat platform and handling customer messages. These inquiries cover everything from product questions to technical troubleshooting. You'll have access to comprehensive documentation on common topics, plus your team is available whenever you need help or clarification.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running web browsers and chat software. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are important qualities for this position. You must be detail-oriented and able to follow established processes and instructions carefully. A minimum of 8 hours of availability each day and reliable internet access are mandatory requirements.
