Live Chat Support Assistant (Work from Home / No Experience)

We're actively recruiting live chat support assistants to handle a growing volume of customer inquiries. If you're comfortable communicating in English and have the confidence to address customer questions via online messaging, we encourage you to apply. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to visitor messages and providing the assistance they need to progress. We'll equip you with all the templates and guidance materials necessary to manage chats professionally. Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a functioning laptop, smartphone, or tablet, plus a reliable internet connection that remains stable throughout your work sessions.

Skills/background needed: Prior live chat experience is not required, as these are entry-level positions. Comprehensive onboarding and training will prepare you to succeed in the role from day one.
