Arcade Game Tester (Work from Phone)

Want to help make arcade games better? As a mobile game tester, you'll play through titles and provide feedback that directly shapes the final product. Your observations on performance, controls, and design will guide improvements and help ensure players have a smooth, enjoyable experience from day one.

Roles: Download arcade games to your personal device and play through them systematically. Record what you find, write up a comprehensive report on your experience, and highlight any glitches or design problems along the way.

Requirements: You'll need an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet that can run the test games.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Comfort using a mobile device, downloading apps, and launching them without issues. You should be self-directed and able to work independently. Ability to follow instructions carefully and thoroughly is essential. A minimum of 5 hours per week commitment is needed. You'll also need consistent internet connectivity.

Hours per week: Flexible.
